The first cubic zirconia was made in Russia, for the purpose of laser technology. It seems the Russians did not have enough natural rubies that were required at the time to generate laser beams. So they set about to find a synthetic material that would have the properties of ruby. Their development: Cubic Zirconia.

The threadless post which comes off the attachment is slightly bent to create a tight fit inside your labret. To insert/remove: gently twist and pull on the round gem end and it will come apart from the labret/flat back.
These are perfect for wear in most piercings and will also fit other brands' threadless labrets, although we strongly recommend only using matching brand posts (not doing so may void any warranty).
Implant-grade titanium is incredibly light and completely nickel-free, making it a perfect option for long-term wear in body piercings.
