RETURNS & EXCHANGES - JEWELLERY DISCLAIMER
We will accept returns on unworn and sealed jewellery for up to 14 days after the original purchase provided it is in an unused condition and in its original sealed packaging, with proof of purchase. All jewellery used for a piercing or installation is final sale due to health regulations.
A return is considered complete once the item has been received and is in our possession.
If returning an Item that has had shipping costs included, We reserve the right to charge the original postage cost from any refund.

Tax or import duties are the buyer's responsibility. We do not cover or refund returns that are lost or damaged due to the buyer not accepting a package or not paying fees their end.
We do not refund shipping charges or cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges, Refunds and cancellations will be charged a handling fee of a minimum of 3% this does not include Clearpay which is charged at 10%
We do not accept responsibility for lost, missing or undelivered packages.

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
Failure to follow Cardiff Piercings booking terms including failing to bring a Photographic ID/s will result in you forfeiting the booking fee/deposit.
Attending your appointment late will be down to the piercer's discretion and could result in you losing your deposit, please attend your chosen time and date.
Any item purchased at a Cardiff Piercing store must be returned to the store where it was originally purchased with no exceptions. We cannot accept returns on merchandise purchased anywhere other than Cardiff Piercing. Approved returns will be credited to the original form of payment 5 to 10 business days after receiving the return package; however, we reserve the right to refund a cash return as BACS. Service charges are non-refundable and custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.
We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges, such as on items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.
WARRANTY & REPAIRS
If the manufacturer offers a warranty, we may send the jewellery back to the original manufacturer. Repairs deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair/replacement charge.
Repairs are assessed on an individual basis and can take a few weeks or months to complete. Pricing may vary depending on the work needed and is subject to change after inspection.
Bring your jewellery to our Cardiff store or contact cardiffpiercing@gmail.com and include your name, a photo of the damage, proof of purchase, and briefly describe the issue that you are having with your jewellery.
You will be provided with a Repair Form and asked to ship your piece with insurance to our flagship location. Please note that any repair sent to Cardiff Piercing without a Repair Form will be shipped back to the sender at their expense.
We cannot accept repairs for jewellery purchased anywhere other than Cardiff Piercing. If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and need a repair, please contact the original seller.
Please note - Warranties are via the manufacturers, we don't have a say.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Please contact cardiffpiercing@gmail.com to enquire about custom orders. Custom orders are non-refundable. If you experience any problems with your custom jewellery, please see our repair policy.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email cardiffpiercing@gmail.com within two weeks of delivery with photographs of your order. We will send you a prepaid return label for the incorrect or defective item so that it may be sent back to us and replaced with a new or correct item. Please note that customers are responsible for the item until it is received at Cardiff Piercing's offices.
PLACEMENT OF PIERCING
We want you to love your piercing so it's important to agree on placement before the piercing is performed.
Rest assured, we will discuss the placement with you beforehand via the use of reference marks and sometimes placement rings (that's if you'd like to wear a ring in the future- but be sure to mention this to us!)
We cannot move your piercing after you've left the studio from your initial appointment, as the placement would have been agreed between you and your piercer. A piercing can be re-done at a later date with new jewellery (we cannot pierce you with previously worn jewellery) if you book a new appointment.
