The threadless post which comes off the attachment is slightly bent to create a tight fit inside your barbell. To insert/remove: gently twist and pull on the round gem end and it will come apart from the bar.
These are perfect for wear in nipple/bridge piercings and will also fit other brands' threadless barbells, although we strongly recommend only using matching brand bars (not doing so may void any warranty).
Implant-grade titanium is incredibly light and completely nickel-free, making it a perfect option for long-term wear in body piercings.
